Member Support Question – Quarterly income reporting

I have recently completed a rent calculation for a tenant who is working full time. She makes an hourly wage and also works overtime occasionally throughout the year. When the rent was calculated for the coming year based on her annual income, there was an increase due to the overtime in the past year. The tenant also has significant medical bills and is feeling like she cannot afford the rent. Can I move her to a quarterly reporting period to avoid a shock at the end of the year?
